You should definitely check us out and try a class. You won’t be sorry because all our programs- cooking classes, cooking limes and teambuilding events are designed to be fun, entertaining, educational and delicious!

You certainly can!  Our classes are designed to accommodate all skills levels.  Most of our classes are ‘hands-on’, meaning that guests are fully involved in preparing and cooking food under the guidance of an instructor.   All classes are kept small (maximum 10 guests) to maximize opportunities for both sharing and learning.

At the end of the class, when all cooking has been successfully completed, everyone sits down on our lovely veranda for the ‘Grande Mange’ to  enjoy  and feast on the delicious dishes (usually an appetizer, entree and dessert) that were made.  The meal is served with Spices Rum Punch and non-alcoholic beverages.

Just bring your enthusiastic self.  We provide you with aprons, side towels, recipes and all the equipment and utensils you will need.  We also provide each guest with a folder containing all the recipes that were prepared during their class so you can recreate them at home.

Yes, we do.   Spices Cooking Studio Gift Certificates are available in varying values and are valid for a one year period after the date of purchase.  They’re an excellent way to recognize special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc.) and are unique and thoughtful gifts for beginner or advanced cooks, experienced foodies or for anyone who enjoys learning about food and cooking and would like to pick up new skills and tips.
